Combining Augmented Reality with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, namely Salesforce, represents the future of customer engagement. This research took a look at how integrating AR into CRM systems transforms CRM functionality by rendering it more immersive, interactive, and omnichannel throughout the customer experience. It analyzed the current world climate surrounding such technology, real-world use cases, and potential obstacles to AR-driven CRM systems. Finally, it provides a theoretical model with recommendations to implement such an integration successfully to achieve long-term competitive advantage and carve out new niches in the world of Salesforce.
