Through an analysis of ServiceNow's architectural evolution and implementation patterns, this article presents key insights into building resilient, extensible platforms that effectively bridge business requirements with technical capabilities. This article reveals how modular design, coupled with robust integration frameworks and flexible customization options, creates a foundation for continuous innovation. By examining real-world implementations across various industries, this article demonstrates how adaptive platforms can significantly enhance operational efficiency while supporting long-term digital transformation initiatives. This article contributes to the growing body of knowledge on enterprise platform architecture and provides practical guidelines for organizations embarking on similar digital transformation journeys.
